One day I looked in the mirror, and I did not like what I saw. I was young, and I lacked confidence. The high school basketball team had just cut me. There had never been a time in my life when I was not playing basketball. I was confused about what I should do in my free time. I started going to the gym, and it changed my life forever. When I started, I was 140 pounds soaking wet while standing 6 feet tall, and I was attempting the impossible by trying to gain weight. I started lifting weights and learning tips from local gym-goers. I was learning day by day on how to change my body for the better. I fully immersed myself in the craft by reading article after article on the internet. I learned how to build muscle, and then I learned over time how to burn fat. It took about three years, but I gained about 60 pounds of almost muscle. I was no longer incredibly skinny, but I was lean and muscular and had a physique of a Greek god. I had done something that many would never understand because few can relate to what it was like to be an extreme ectomorph. Conquering my goals and looking to get better every day is something I seem to pass on to anyone that seeks to change their body for the better. The first step is the decision to make a change, and this is one of the hardest choices in life, and I respect anyone that decides to make that change. You are in the right place if you want to make that change. These are the tips I wish to pass on to help anyone make the transformations that I know are possible because anything is possible if you truly believe in yourself, and I believe in you because you took the initiative to buy this ebook.
